    ReHYDRO is a reliable companion for optimal hydration. It helps replenish electrolytes such as magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium, which the body mainly loses through sweating during sport, physical exertion or hot days. It also contains vitamins C and E, which contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C additionally supports the proper functioning of the immune system and energy metabolism, and helps reduce exhaustion and fatigue. One serving also contains 1 g of soluble acacia fibre. Thanks to the exotic dragon fruit flavour, you can easily prepare a delicious, refreshing low-calorie drink from the powder.

    Maltodextrin, acacia fibre, calcium (Aquamin), magnesium (magnesium citrate), natural flavouring (dragon fruit), acidity regulator (malic acid), natural colour (black carrot concentrate), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sodium (sodium chloride), potassium (potassium chloride), natural sweetener (steviol glycosides), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).

    Dosage

     

    Pour 1 included scoop (4.36 g) of ReHYDRO into 300 – 500 ml of water and mix well.

    Adults: maximum 4 scoops per day.

    Children from 3 years: maximum 2 scoops per day.

    In case of increased physical exertion, consume 1 to 2 litres of the drink throughout the day.
