    Vitamin D3+K2, 60 capsules

    Vitamin D3 is involved in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. It helps regulate proper calcium levels in the blood, thus also affecting muscle contractions. It supports healthy sleep and calms the nerves, thereby reducing sensitivity to pain. A deficiency manifests as fatigue, loss of appetite, irritability, and increased susceptibility to infectious diseases. Vitamin K2, like D3, is fat-soluble. It participates in calcium absorption by capturing and binding free calcium from the intercellular space. It is involved in liver function and blood clotting. The combination of D3 and K2 in this product is ideal. A deficiency is evident with frequent nosebleeds, heavy menstrual bleeding, increased susceptibility to bruising, and associated rupturing of thin subcutaneous vessels.
