    Vitamin B2 – riboflavin has a yellow to orange-yellow color and, together with enzymes, participates in the conversion of nutrients and energy production for cells. Its deficiency manifests as painful, inflamed mouth corners, disorders of the oral mucosa, nail deformities, and eye problems. Vitamin B2 is important for iron absorption, and even its mild deficiency can cause anemia. It contributes to maintaining good vision, healthy skin, and mucous membranes.
