    Sunflower Lecithin, 275g

    Lecithin is a substance naturally occurring in the body produced by our liver and is one of the fundamental building blocks of the cell membranes of all living organisms. Among other things, it contains linoleic acid, which helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. Lecithin is found in high concentrations in important tissues such as human brain tissue, liver, heart, muscles, and nerve fibers.
