    Magnesium, 200 mg and B6 40mg, 100 capsules

    The combination of magnesium and vitamin B6 is essential for their proper use in the body. They fight against muscle cramps, relieve nervous and muscle tension – they have a relaxing effect. People with a high intake of protein (e.g. professional athletes), women using hormonal contraception, people with celiac disease, and some chronically ill people require larger amounts of vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 is recommended for anemia and nervous problems.
