    Vitamin K2 (MK-7), 100 mcg, 60 capsules

    Vitamin K2, like D3, is fat-soluble. It participates in calcium absorption by uptaking and binding free calcium from the intercellular space. It is involved in liver function and blood clotting. Deficiency is manifested by frequent nosebleeds, heavy menstrual bleeding, increased susceptibility to bruising and associated rupture of thin subcutaneous blood vessels.
