    Vitamin B2 - riboflavin is yellow to orange-yellow in colour and, together with enzymes, is involved in nutrient conversion and energy production for cells. Its deficiency is manifested by painful, inflamed corners of the mouth, oral mucosal disorders, nail deformities and eye problems. Vitamin B2 is important for iron absorption and even a slight deficiency can cause anemia. It contributes to maintaining good eyesight, healthy skin and mucous membranes.
