    Sunflower lecithin, 275g

    Lecithin is the body's own substance produced by our liver and is one of the basic building blocks of the cell membranes of all living organisms. Among other things, it contains linoleic acid, which contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood. Lecithin is found in high concentrations in important tissues such as human brain tissue, liver, heart, muscles and nerve fibres.
