    Liposomal vitamin D3+K2, 200 ml

    Vitamin D3 is involved in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. It helps to regulate the proper level of calcium in the blood and thus the progress of muscle contractions. It promotes healthy sleep and soothes the nerves, reducing sensitivity to pain. Deficiency is manifested by fatigue, loss of appetite, irritability and increased susceptibility to infectious diseases. Vitamin K2 is fat-soluble like D3. It is involved in calcium absorption by uptaking and binding free calcium from the intercellular space. It is involved in liver function and blood clotting. Deficiency is manifested by frequent nosebleeds, heavy menstrual bleeding, increased susceptibility to bruising and associated rupture of thin subcutaneous blood vessels.
