    An instant beverage containing Calcium (Calcium) and Magnesium (Magnesium) in the scientifically tested ratio of 2:1 - that is, two parts Calcium (specifically 500 mg in one serving) and one part Magnesium (i.e. 250 mg). The calcium and magnesium react with vitamin C and citric acid to form a citrate and ascorbate complex for better absorption.

    We have enriched this product with Melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone[1] found in the brain. It helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. It can also help with compensating for jet lag during long plane journeys.

    Lemon balm and Valerian are known for their calming effects on the body.

    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Shake to mix the contents of the jar.

    2. Pour one measuring cup (250 ml) into the cup.

    3. Pour in boiling water and observe the reaction (fizzing). Then stir.

    CAUTION! Take this preparation exclusively at bedtime. It must NOT be taken during working hours. Do not drink it while operating machinery or before driving a car. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of small children. The prescribed daily dose must not be exceeded.
