Shipping and Payment

I. Purchase Price, Delivery Costs and Payment Terms

  1. The purchase price for the ordered Goods is stated in the Company’s online store, in the Order Form, and in the Order Acceptance. If the purchase price differs in these sources, the price stated in the Order Acceptance shall be binding for the Buyer. If the purchase price increases to the detriment of the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to cancel the Order. However, the Buyer does not have the right to cancel the Order if the binding purchase price has already been paid.

  2. Delivery costs are stated in the Order Form, Order Receipt, and Order Acceptance. If the delivery costs differ in these sources, Clause 1 of this Article shall apply accordingly.

Delivery via Packeta within the Slovak Republic:
Delivery price: €3.30 incl. VAT
Cash on delivery surcharge: €1.20 incl. VAT

Delivery via GLS within the Slovak Republic:
Delivery price: €4.20 incl. VAT
Cash on delivery surcharge: €1.20 incl. VAT

  1. The purchase price does not include delivery costs.

  2. The Buyer may choose the method of payment for the purchase price and delivery costs from the available payment methods during the ordering process, in particular bank transfer to the Company’s account stated in the Order Acceptance, cash on delivery, or payment by card. The purchase price and delivery costs are deemed paid only when the full amount is credited to the Company’s bank account.

  3. After selecting a payment method, the Buyer will be redirected either to a page with additional purchase information or to the payment gateway in case of online payment.

Individual payment methods may be subject to fees. The applicable fee is displayed in the online store and will be automatically added to the total Order price after selection by the Buyer. The Buyer undertakes to pay such fee.

  1. When paying by bank transfer, the Buyer must state the correct variable symbol indicated in the Order Acceptance. If an incorrect or no variable symbol is provided, the system may not assign the payment to the Order. In such case, the Company bears no liability for delayed or failed delivery. The Company has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement and bears no liability for any third-party claims.

  2. If the Buyer chooses personal pickup at the Company’s warehouse (only upon prior agreement), no delivery costs are charged.

  3. Upon receipt of the Goods, ownership and risk of damage pass to the Buyer.

  4. The Company may grant discounts at its sole discretion. The Buyer has no legal entitlement to a discount unless the conditions determined by the Company are met.


II. Time and Method of Delivery

  1. The Company is obliged to deliver the Goods only after the Purchase Agreement has been concluded and all conditions under Clause 2 of this Article have been fulfilled. Delivery is carried out either by courier service or by personal handover at the Company’s warehouse, depending on the Buyer’s chosen method.

  2. If delivered by courier and the Goods are in stock, the delivery time is 2–5 business days from receipt of full payment. For personal pickup, the Goods will be prepared after prior agreement and payment. The Company does not guarantee delivery times. These timeframes apply only within the Slovak Republic.

  3. The Company’s contact address is Karloveská 63, 841 04 Bratislava.

  4. The place of delivery is the address specified by the Buyer in the Order Form.

  5. The Company delivers within the Slovak Republic and, at its discretion, also abroad. For deliveries outside Slovakia, the Company may refuse the Order or modify delivery conditions, which will be communicated no later than in the Order Acceptance.

  6. Delivery is deemed completed when the Goods are handed over to the Buyer or an authorized person.

  7. The Buyer must confirm receipt in writing. An invoice will be provided in paper or electronic form.

  8. If the Buyer fails to collect Goods intended for personal pickup within 15 days of payment, the Company may withdraw from the Purchase Agreement and charge a handling fee of €10, deducted from the purchase price. The remaining amount will be refunded by bank transfer.

  9. If the Buyer fails to accept or refuses delivery by courier, the Company may withdraw from the Purchase Agreement and charge a handling fee of €10. Delivery costs are non-refundable. The remaining amount will be refunded by bank transfer.
